I'm listening to your QSO with A41CK in 40m and just wanted to say that it's really delighful to find colleagues like you two who love ragchewing for a long time and sharing common interests and points of view about the hobby. In these crazy days of just 59 reports and quick contacts it's like a rush of fresh Air. I prefered to listen rather than coming into the QSO, but I've been listening to both of you with amazing signals from 9 to 9+20 most of the time in my mobile setup un front of the sea. I hope to meet you again on the Air some other day. Admin Reply by: Ernst Hello Sergio! Thank you very much for your guestbook-entry. I much appreciate it. Yes, I love also rag-chewing, for me it is "real communication" via radio. Sometimes it is fun, to work "59", it is like a "rush", to work one station by another. Also the challenge in a contest is very funny. I like the mixture of all qso-types. Hope to work you soon! 73s and greetings from Austria Ernst, OE3IDE Compliments for your station. Best regards, 73. December 2018 at 23:42 Hi Ernst, Listening on 40m on SDR online but Not an HAM yet taking my Exam to become a Ham foundation licence next month. Found it interesting listening in on the online SDR receivers on the HAM bands and then trying to take down Ham call signs & do a QRZ search to see if I have correctly recognized call signs & also learning the lingo 🙂 I Have operated on 11m band only as a CB radio user & run my own Saturday Network on AM 27.275Mhz Looking forward to getting my HAM licence and eventually getting some equipment to operate on the HAM frequencies , once I have passed the Exam. Maybe try giving you a CQ call in the Near future ! 73s John (26PE1883) Admin Reply by: Ernst Hello John, listening on web-sdr is in deed a very good idea! I wish you all the best for your licence. Hope to meet you soon! HNY 2019 Ernst, OE3IDE Guestbook list navigation←123→
